azubiMATCH

"azubiMATCH" is an intuitive "online tool" whose logic/algorithm we developed ourselves. It is about job matching between students / young people and companies or their offered jobs. aM's goal is to bring young people & companies together even better, i.e. more "fitting" - but not in the old-fashioned way, but with a new approach. The students enter their wishes, strengths & preferences by means of emojis - very easy and contemporary. Then the matching job profiles or training positions are calculated and displayed directly: The "Matchings". With just one click from the app, a contact to the respective company can then be established with a prefabricated (but customizable) text. Everything else concerning the application procedure is then done by the personnel officer on a 1:1 basis with the young person. PS: The matchings are a nice orientation aid for the students as to which job might be a good fit for them.
