Mandala Workshop – Relaxation, Creativity & Mental Strength This workshop is more than just painting—it's a creative escape from everyday life that brings harmony to body and mind. Creating mandalas not only promotes concentration but also helps reduce stress and find inner peace. A guided meditation exercise at the beginning will allow you to fully connect with yourself before you immerse yourself in the creative flow. Stress is omnipresent in today's working world and can cause long-term illness. Effective measures for stress prevention and management are therefore all the more important. Numerous studies have proven that creative activities such as painting are effective methods for reducing stress.
