Shaping a sustainable future together!

40 Members

The Energy and Environment Cluster in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region is a central initiative dedicated to promoting sustainable development and the energy transition in the region. This cluster network brings together around 100 companies, research institutions and universities along the entire value chain of "energy efficiency", "renewable energies" and "electromobility". It covers activities from the planning to the operation of energy generation plants in the private and commercial/industrial sectors.

By pooling expertise and resources from business, science and politics, the cluster develops innovative solutions to the pressing challenges of climate change and resource conservation. The focus is on promoting sustainable energy and environmental technologies that are both ecologically and economically sustainable. This close cooperation and the use of state-of-the-art technologies make it possible to make the region sustainable and environmentally friendly.
